Assistant to the Regional General Manager Croatia (m/f)

The Regional GM is Director of Falkensteiner Hotelmanagment doo and is therefore responsible for the Management of the existing Hotels of FMTG (Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group) in Croatia as well as the Operators Part of Planning, Pre-Opening and Management within Punta Skala Resort (to be opened in Summer 2008). The Position of Assistant is therefore the very important support to the Regional GM - to organize the communication to / and from the RGM as well as to follow up his instructions towards the management teams. Responsibilities: - Proper and efficient communication between RGM and Management Teams - Coordinate various Departments on behalf of RGM - Coordination of tasks within Project Management - General Support in administrative Tasks of the RGM - to coordinate contents and tasks most efficiently Tasks: - Follow up on operational and organisational tasks in the RGMs Office - Set up basis for decisions in a most analytical, structured and realistic way. - Supporting the RGM as assistant within the daily business - follow up autonomous and self dependent on various projects and tasks within the organisation

Profile - business/economic education (university or other relevant educational background) - experience in project management - stress resistant and flexible - able to think and act most logical and efficiently - able to follow various tasks at one time (multitasking) - teamplayer, organisational skills - very familiar with IT - native Croatian Speaker, very good in German and English - thinks quickly and has a good sense for humour - Individuals who enjoy working at a property that develops people for promotion - Someone who is creative while being profit driven. - Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings and week-ends
