As a Project Manager at MARBER DMC, you will design, plan and deliver tailor-made meetings, incentives and corporate events for international clients. Your responsibilities include: - Managing projects from the initial enquiry through to on-site delivery - Preparing creative proposals, budgets and client presentations - Communicating with international clients, hotels and local suppliers - Coordinating accommodation, transportation, venues and event logistics - Conducting site inspections and attending client meetings - Ensuring flawless event execution while maintaining the highest service standards - Working closely with the MARBER team to create exceptional experiences across Croatia What It Takes to Be a MARBER Project Manager: - Passion for creating exceptional experiences and exceeding client expectations - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with international clients and partners - Ability to lead projects with confidence, precision and professionalism - Naturally proactive, organized and calm under pressure - In-depth knowledge of Dubrovnik as a destination, with knowledge of Split and the surrounding region considered a strong advantage - A team player who takes ownership and inspires those around them
