Business and Commercial Operations Administrator (m/f/d)

Main task and responsibilities:

Drafting contracts, maintaining records of contracts, and other necessary documentation
Providing support in customer analysis, planning, and reporting
Creating and managing sales documentation (presentations, reports, analyses, and other documentation)
Keeping records and reporting on inventory at the level of direct and indirect customers
Taking care of the record-keeping of trial documentation
Analyzing, recording, and archiving documentation for the payment of customer loyalty programs
Reviewing calculations for loyalty program payments and maintaining records of payments, as well as submitting monthly reports on payments to the finance department
Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reports
Managing and monitoring the goods planning system

You are open to new challenges and have the following qualifications / experience:

Education: High school diploma / Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree (SSS/VŠS/VSS)
Previous work experience in comparable positions (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and willingness to learn new systems
Interpersonal skills and ability to work with people
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness
Independence and responsibility in work
Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills) and Croatian
