Operational leader (f/m) - Zagreb

Responsibilities:

Leading and inspiring the team
He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy
Develops plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Contacting potential client in order to expand client data base
Proposing ideas on how to improve sales and processes.
Research the market and competitors’ activities
Maintaining and developing relationship with existing clients
Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly reports

Job requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Managerial roles (Retail/wholesale), experience in other industries is also welcome, and minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills
Knowledge in English language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
