Due to business expansion, we are looking for a new member of our software-technical team for the position of:
Industry Process Consultant (m/f).
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- You will be engaged in projects involving the implementation of Dassault Systèmes software solutions for our clients, specializing in the DELMIA manufacturing software
- Collecting and analyzing clients’ business processes and functional requirements
- Collaboration and communication: Work closely with clients’ technical and project teams, as well as Dassault Systèmes partners, to understand user-specific needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure clear and effective communication with users to keep them informed about updates, new features, and best practices
- Assisting in defining the global solution architecture that meets clients’ needs while optimizing their business processes, in line with the capabilities offered by Dassault Systèmes software modules (ENOVIA®, CATIA®, SIMULIA®, DELMIA®...)
- Preparing relevant documentation (e.g., functional and technical specifications, training materials, etc.)
- Providing technical support to users: Responding to questions raised during the use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, guiding them in proper application usage. By collaborating and iterating with experts from the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem, resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and pilot projects with our clients

Required education, knowledge and skills
Experience and Skills:
- Completed undergraduate or graduate studies in a technical field (mechanical engineering, IT, electrical engineering, etc.)
- Interested in the industrial world and motivated to participate in integration projects from initial stages to solution implementation
- Relevant experience, particularly in projects related to software solution implementation, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation
- Strong communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge, and a team-oriented mindset
- High level of responsibility and independence
- Passion for innovation and readiness to contribute ideas
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written; Slovenian and German are an additional plus
- Category B driving license
You will stand out even more if you:
- Have an IT affinity with basics in, for example, web application servers, cloud infrastructure, databases, programming languages such as Java, etc.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE® platform in at least one of the brand applications such as ENOVIA®, SIMULIA®, CATIA®, SOLIDWORKS® (Dassault Systèmes application certificates are a significant advantage)
