YOUR ROLE

creation of individual and annual purchase orders through the Ariba system and mediation when opening new suppliers
allocation/coordination of entrance cards for the office
evidenting, billing and processing of monthly summary tables and sending reports for the needs of finance and HR
incoming mail/invoices – ordering in the book of incoming invoices and scanning
Preparation of tickets in cases of emergency
daily sending of reports and correspondence with colleagues from the indexing team
ordering all office material and graphic printed matter and organizing catering services as needed
mediation in travel organization and hotel reservation - according to request
coordination of official vehicles, urgent city and intercity deliveries and for the purpose of various repairs
keeping records of energy consumption and filling out supporting sheets for waste and submitting data to the person responsible for waste management
call center receiving and redirecting calls
coordination regarding documentation and test implementation related to the office and occupational safety

YOUR SKILLS

bachelor degree – technical, management or similar
5 or more years of experience in similar roles
resourcefulness, multitasking, communicative, stress-resilient, team player
good perspective and judgement, initiative and determination to achieve
good English (writing and reading) and Croatian
excellent Microsoft office skills
SAP knowledge is advantage
