You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, and your English—spoken and written—is on a good level.
A degree in food safety, food technology, biotechnology or a related field is a plus—but not a must. Your experience and motivation matter most.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Be our go-to person for food safety—making sure it’s part of everything we do.
Follow up on critical control points and ensure daily food safety tasks are completed on time and to standard.
Take an active part in food procedures like preparation, production, and serving to help secure food safety at every step.
Support the implementation of food safety and compliance standards across all food areas in the store.
Play a key role in HACCP certification and contribute to the work of the HACCP team.
Prepare for and participate in both internal and external audits, and help the team follow up on improvement areas.
Collaborate with the store team to ensure safe and compliant food offers, activities, and events.
Share your knowledge to help grow food safety awareness and competence in the team.
Contribute to building a strong food safety culture—not just in the Food team, but across the whole store.
Work with external partners and authorities to meet all relevant food safety requirements.
Act as an ambassador for sustainability by supporting waste reduction and encouraging smarter, more sustainable ways of working.
