Technical Project Manager - E-commerce & Integrations (m/f)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and support e-commerce and software projects. The role focuses on managing system integrations, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of digital solutions. This position is ideal for someone who understands online retail, enjoys teamwork, and can turn business needs into clear technical steps.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Ability to write clear technical documentation and explain complex topics in simple English
Understanding of web technologies and modern web architectures (APIs, HTML, JS, PWA, etc.)
Solid knowledge of database and integration concepts (REST, SOAP, SQL, data flows)
Experience working with agile and/or waterfall project methodologies
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to solve technical challenges
Comfortable working with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders
Experience with any e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, Magento/Adobe Commerce, etc.) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Manage end-to-end technical delivery of projects, including enhancements, integrations, and rollouts
Validate requirements and turn them into clear technical specifications
Participate in architectural discussions and brainstorming sessions with development teams
Oversee functional testing, UAT cycles, and deployment of new features or integrations
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all project outputs
Maintain documentation, project plans, risk logs, and technical specifications
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
Provide hands-on technical support when needed and act as the link between business and IT
