For our Client we are looking for a:

Product Manager (m/f)

Location: Rijeka

Responsibilities:

Analyze market data as well as product and technology trends within the maritime, security, and related industries to understand current and emerging customer needs
Build and maintain product roadmap for owned products
Define requirements, key value propositions, and business cases
Oversee product development in collaboration with R&D throughout the product lifecycle
Ensure that new products are meeting the defined requirements and business case expectations
Coordinate final go to market plan together with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, QA/CS)
Manage product lifecycle, including planning for obsolescence and replacement
Conduct monthly product forecasting based on historical data and CRM insights
Act as the primary contact for the internal sales team and coordinate on product-related priorities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant technical or business field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the software/hardware industry, including at least 1 year in a Product Management role
Proven experience in market analysis and product strategy development
Solid technical background with hands-on experience in hardware and/or software development lifecycle
AutoCAD knowledge
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Self-driven and proactive individual with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
