Senior Business Analyst (m/f)

Zagreb, Hybrid

What you will do?

Analyze and model business processes to understand client needs and identify areas for improvement
Write functional specifications and collaborate with the team to define requirements for development and integration with other systems
Ensure solution quality through pre-delivery testing and validation
Actively participate in sprint reviews and gather client feedback to refine product features
Educate end-users and provide support during the adoption of new solutions
Support the presales and sales process by contributing to high-level solution proposals
When needed, coordinate development activities with external partners and vendors
Promote the product vision and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the lifecycle
Facilitate adherence to established methodologies and best practices through training and team support

What we expect from you?

A university degree in IT, economics (informatics focus), or a related technical field
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or IT product management, preferably involving complex processes and diverse industries
Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and excellent analytical and documentation skills
Experience with relational databases and a basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or other relevant technologies
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external clients
A proven ability to resolve conflicting requirements and support decision-making through structured analysis
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A flexible, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a changing environment
Experience in mentoring team members and applying Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
Ability to maintain both a strategic overview and deep-dive into technical or business details when needed
