Customer Service Specialist (m/f)

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f), based at Arthrex Adria in Zagreb (Croatia).

A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting customers in all administrative tasks as stated below:

Maintaining the data in ERP and CRM systems
Creation of offers, confirmation of orders and issuing of invoices to direct customers in Croatia and Slovenia and distributors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania
Completing and archiving documentation related to sales and shipments to customers and distributors
Taking care of complaints and goods returns from customers and consignment warehouses, preparation of credit notes
Ordering goods and other items for internal warehouse and checking and comparing with delivered
Preparing the offers and invoices according to items used on consignment
Taking care of consignment stock
Preparing inventory counting list and helping during the inventory count
Preparation of export documentation for regular export, temporary export, gratis (including shipment, CMR etc.), goods return from export customers and ATA CARNET
Communication with all relevant institutions and participants in above listed export processes (transport and freight companies, customs, Croatian Chamber of Economy…)
Providing support and consultation to our customers both in writing and via telephone, fostering and intensifying existing customer relations
Implementation and continuous optimization of working processes
Close cooperation with the field staff

Ideally, you have experience of the following areas:

You have successfully completed commercial training and have experience working in the customer service sector for an international company
You are fully conversant with all standard MS-Office programs (Word/Excel)
You have practical experience of ERP (Dynamics Navision and SAP) and CRM systems
You enjoy client contact and love working in an international environment
Very good written and oral command of English and Slovenian is essential
Your working style is characterized by a well-organized and goal-oriented approach
You handle the tasks assigned to you in an independent and reliable manner
Customer orientation and the ability to get things done and work under pressure round off your profile
