We’re looking for a passionate, proactive, and results-driven experienced Coffee Shop & Retail Manager to lead our team and grow both our flagship coffee shop and specialty retail business.
This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves great coffee, obsesses over the guest experience, pays attention to detail and quality, and knows how to boost sales. If you’re excited by challenges and want to make a real impact, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all daily operations, from ensuring impeccable cleanliness to perfecting service protocols
- Take ownership of revenue growth: analyze sales data, manage inventory, and develop creative new product
- Grow retail sales by converting coffee shop guests into retail customers and train the team to sell our specialty roasted beans
- Motivate and mentor baristas and waiters through clear expectations, ongoing training, and a supportive environment
- Attract new customers and stay ahead of trends by introducing menu items, creating promotions, and working with marketing
