Electrical Project Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our young and dynamic team, to implement exciting projects: Electrical Project Manager (m/f) What You’ll Do: - Performing technical tasks for comprehensive building electrical installations in public buildings, hotels, office buildings and heritage buildings; - Coordinating contractors and maintaining communication; - Preparing and ensuring compliance with construction and implementation contracts; - Communicating with designers and reviewing plans; - Maintaining communication with clients; - Handling material procurement tasks; - Inspecting general and specialized construction works related to the area; - Continuous coordination with other trades; - Preparing reports in consultation with the employer and the property owner; - Monitoring the technological requirements of construction quality; - Communicating with the necessary authorities regarding projects, participating in official inspections, and representing the interests of the property owner and employer; - Procuring quotes for unforeseen tasks during construction, reviewing quotes, and making recommendations to the manager on the acceptance of the technical content and costs of the work. - Making weekly, monthly reports for financial and technical proceedings of subcontractors, - Making technical meetings ( in 2-3 rounds) with subcontractors, to finalize scope of works, - Making contract proposals with subcontractors, - Verifying subcontractor’s proceedings, during erection period, - Verifying quantity and quality of subcontractor’s fulfilments on weekly and monthly period, - Preparing and/or controlling monthly situations for contractors, - Collecting, handling and verifying RFC/RFI/MSS/…etc documentation of subcontractors, - Collecting HO Documentation for final HOP procedure with subcontractors and Investor, - Filling in official logbook.

Required qualifications: - Relevant professional degree - Ability to work independently - Category B driver's license - Proficient computer skills in MS Office - Electrical licenses, high or law, voltage profession and engineer number given by relevant engineering chamber, valid engineers ID card What We’re Looking For: - Good communication skills, decisive, confident, and solution-oriented personality - Stable professional experience, mature mindset - Ability to work independently, decision-making skills - Structured thinking, systemic approach - At least 3 years of experience in construction management - Strong IT skills, confident use of MS Office programs, proficient use of MS Project; experience with CAD programs is advantageous but not required Language skills: - Business English language skills Licence is required.
