Outbound Sales & Customer Retention Agent (German-speaking) (m/f)

We are seeking motivated and empathetic Outbound Sales & Customer Retention Agents to join our remote team for a long-term project in cooperation with a well-known media and e-commerce brand. This position focuses on reactivation and loyalty calls to existing and former customers. Your task is to build trust, offer updated promotions, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through professional and friendly communication. Your Responsibilities: - Contact existing and former customers to present new offers and promotions - Reactivate previous buyers and increase customer loyalty - Follow structured sales scripts while keeping conversations natural and personal - Assess customer needs and recommend suitable offers clearly and confidently - Document customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system - Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance at all times

Your Profile: - German proficiency at C1–C2 level (spoken & written) - Proven experience in outbound sales / telesales - Excellent communication skills and patience - Strong sales drive — persuasion, closing skills, and active listening - Self-motivated, reliable, and target-oriented - Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital environments
