In this role you will have the opportunity to perform day to day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines with a major focus on Employee Life Cycle, compensation and payroll.
You will provide appropriate support for internal
customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

This role contributes to the HR Operational Services Division in HR Services Business Area, the candidate has the possibility to be based in Zagreb, Dalmine or Belgrade offices.
The temporary contract will have a period lenght of six months.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s)
- Supporting employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool)
- Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers
- Performing data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services
- Maintaining an high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems
- Providing on-demand reports related to the process, where required
- Supporting the team on ad hoc activities
