Job description
We are looking for you to join our Competence Center Financials, where we develop process-oriented SAP consulting in the financial modules of S/4HANA. Do you want to sharpen your focus on accounting or cost accounting and work on SAP projects for customers? We will support you on your way and look forward to your drive.
What you can move:
- Advising and supporting our customers in the implementation/supervision/further development of existing HR processes & SAP HCM systems
- Recording of customer requirements as well as competent advice and training of key users with regard to feasibility, estimation of implementation costs and operation of the solution
- Very good knowledge of one or more of the following SAP HCM modules SAP PA, PY, OM, PT, PKP, FI-TV, ESS/MSS and FIORI
- Error analysis including troubleshooting in second and third level support
- Project collaboration and development of technical topics and consulting solutions
- Close cooperation with our consulting teams, customer teams and consulting partners
- Support with presales activities (demos, webinars & presentations) together with our HXM sales experts

Required education, knowledge and skills
Your skills:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable relevant subject area
- Professional experience in consulting, conception and customizing in the area of SAP HCM
- At least one certification as SAP Application Associate
- Open-mindedness and interest as well as the willingness to contribute to innovations in the area of HCM and interest in new solutions such as the SAP Cloud topics mentioned above and supplementary Scheer products
- Very good written and spoken English
- German language is advantage
- Confident appearance
