Job description:

Assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for internal new hires
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations
Assisting with payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits programs
Coordinating training sessions, seminars, and workshops for employees
Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and supporting performance management procedures
Communicating and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures
Preparing and submitting reports on HR activities and metrics

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related social studies field
At least 1 year of work experience in similar HR positions
Advanced level of MS Office tools knowledge
Advanced level of English knowledge (C1 level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organization, punctuality and willingness to learn
