We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support and lead our HR operations in Croatia, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and administrative excellence. This role involves managing HR processes independently, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. The successful candidate will maintain accurate HR data, collaborate with external service providers, and contribute to international HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks and supporting a dynamic team.
