Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement creative marketing strategies and activities - Plan and manage short-term and long-term marketing activities - Oversee and allocate the marketing budget - Work closely with the HR Manager on Employer Branding initiatives - Coordinate with journalists and the general public - Collaborate with designers to create visuals and marketing materials - Provide support to the sales team - Plan and conduct customer satisfaction and market research - Create and manage customer newsletters - Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous improvement - Participate in various thematic and cross-functional projects - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

What kind of professional are we looking for? Requirements: - 3+ years or more experience in iGaming and Marketing position - Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, digital channels, and branding - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Croatian and English) - Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, CMS systems)
