We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our pet food sales in Adriatic markets. Based in Zagreb, you will be responsible for managing distibutors/other partners relationships, with smart execution of sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in respective markets
- Maintain and grow existing partners (distibutors) relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and joint business planning
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights
- Manage pricing, contracts, trade execution and negotiations in line with company guidelines and profitability goals
- Coordinate closely with logistics, production, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and compliance with local import/export regulations
- Represent MHP Pet Food at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for senior management
