Sailor (m/f)

We are looking for a skilled Sailor to become a crew member on our Resort's boat, ensuring safety, smooth operation, and excellent guest service. The role involves boat operations and communication with hotel departments. Key Responsibilities: Boat Operation & Maintenance: - Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Resort's boat, including cleaning, repairs, docking, mooring, basic engine checks and inspections Guest experience: - Communicating with other hotel departments & his/her supervisor regarding sea transfers and excursions, ensuring timely guest arrivals - Ensuring the highest level of professionalism, guest service, wearing uniform & following the Resort's regulations - Serving guests (food, drinks, towels etc.) Safety: - Ensuring safety protocols are followed Other Duties: - Provide guest information, attend meetings & training, and perform additional tasks as assigned

- Valid boat license (boat driving license category B) - Previous experience in the same or similar position - Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal) - Knowledge of health and safety regulations - Knowledge of navigation techniques, and understanding maritime laws - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, including emergency protocols, first aid, and rescue techniques
