Travel Coordinator (m/f)

We are searching for a Travel Coordinator (m/f), based in Arthrex SSC EMEA in Zagreb (Croatia) to support our Travel Management Department in Munich (Germany).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will support Travel Management Department in Munich (Germany)
You will take care of the travel management of business trips and make flight and hotel bookings
You will coordinate and book travel for our employees and external partners, as well as for participants at our in-house-training center in Munich
You will observe relevant compliance regulations and our Travel and Expense Policy

Your profile:

You have very good experience in Business Travel (like Airline or Business travel agency) and professional experience in coordinating business travel
You have experience already with the GDS (Global distribution System) like Amadeus or similar and you also know an online booking tool like Concur Travel or Cytric
You are familiar with the common MS Office applications
You have very good English and German skills (verbal and written)
You are customer-oriented, like to work independently, very reliable and accurate
Good and trusting teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us
Good verbal and written communication skills and a customer service orientation round off your profile
