Job description

Thai Massage Split is looking for a friendly and organised receptionist to join our team for the summer season. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, helping to create a welcoming and professional spa experience. Responsibilities: - Welcoming guests and managing the reception area - Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries - Managing appointments, cancellations and bookings - Processing payments (cash and card) - Entering guest information into the booking system - Supporting therapists and ensuring smooth daily operations - Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Required education, knowledge and skills

Requirements: - Friendly and professional attitude - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask in a busy environment - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / booking systems) - Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage Languages - English (A2 or higher) - Croatian (A2 or higher)

Employment benefits

- Temporary summer contract - €7 per hour - 3 days per week - Working hours: 10:00 – 20:00 (fixed hours)
