Job description
- Develops and implements a comprehensive property-wide strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Oversees all aspects of the resort's operation, including rooms, food and beverage, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and golf operations
- Cultivates a positive and high-performing work environment, fostering Associate engagement and development
- Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Hotel Management Team and department heads
- Ensures unwavering commitment to Marriott's brand standards and service excellence

Required education, knowledge and skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Extensive experience with international hotel brands
- A strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to use them for informed decision-making
- Understanding of international business etiquette and cultural sensitivities
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
