We’re looking for new team members to join our E-Mobility project! You will be working on behalf of an Austrian partner that provides innovative charging solutions for electric vehicles.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide professional phone support to end customers, assisting them with any questions or issues related to their chargers
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience by offering helpful solutions and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps when needed

- German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
