Your role & responsibility:

Support the accounting team in daily operations related to finance and accounting: monitoring and managing financial transactions, assigning ledger codes and cost centers for invoices, invoice specifications cooperating with external accounting team.
Organize and monitor business travel arrangements, including creating, calculating, and reporting travel orders.
Management of the company’s vehicle fleet, including registrations, servicing, purchases, and sales.
Assist the payroll, H&S and HR department with administrative tasks.
Collect data and prepare various statistical and business reports: Environmental and waste reports, Intrastat and all other statutary and internal reports.
Tax administration and fiscalization tasks – monitoring and registering changes in working hours for stores, other Tax administration related tasks.

Our expectations:

Previous experience in accounting and administration is an advantage.
Knowledge of SAP and Synesis programs is a plus.
Fluent in both written and spoken Croatian and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Previous experience in Health and safety domain, especially holding a certified H&S Expert qualification.
