Your tasks:

Collaborate with technical teams, developers, architects, and other departments with the goal of delivering high-quality documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, troubleshooting guides, release notes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Technical Writing Skills - Understanding the target audience (developers, system admins, end-users) and tailoring content accordingly. Capability to structure documents logically and clearly, with well-organized sections, headings, and subheadings.
Technical Knowledge - Knowledge of common IT topics like software development, networks, cloud computing, databases, and operating systems. Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical information such as APIs, code snippets… Understanding programming languages such as Java can be helpful.
Research and Analytical Skills.
Attention to Detail.
Documentation Types and Formats.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
