Testing Engineer (Mechanical) (m/f)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Testing Engineer (m/f) in our branch office in Zagreb. Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare test samples and and set up testing environment - Perform pre-test equipment checks, continuously monitor test progress and equipment performance, and maintain test equipment in accordance with defined maintenance lists - Conduct product validation testing based on Test Requisitions (Mechanical, Environmental, Dimensional…) - Prepare and verify test records to ensure accuracy and completeness - Compile and deliver detailed test reports - Test Requisition Management: track and manage test requests - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout all testing activities - Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, representing the testing function - Identify and resolve testing-related issues - Proactively suggest and implement improvements - Support product validation processes - Contribute ideas for validation improvements - Adapt to changing project needs - Build and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships across teams

Requirements: - Mechanical Engineering University degree - 1-3 years of work experience (experience in the field of electrical connection systems is an advantage) - English language knowledge on professional level - Experience with test equipment is desirable - Functional understanding of automotive wire harness connection systems - Team oriented, communication skills, self-motivated hands-on mentality
