What Will You Be Doing?

Manage and inspire our customer care and order processing teams to excel in daily operations.
Implement company strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and enforce effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Collaborate with HR to oversee hiring and training for our customer care staff.
Get hands-on with daily tasks and actively participate in team initiatives.
Lead projects focused on customer satisfaction (cNPS) and track team performance against KPIs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department.
Manage invoicing, cancellations, and CRM data maintenance.
Support the sales team with offers and tenders while being an ERP super user in D365.
Drive the implementation of CRM systems like Salesforce and manage financial reconciliations.

How Does The Ideal Candidate Look Like?

Proficient in English (minimum B2 level); German is a plus!
IT experience or a strong interest in technology.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
