We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Legal Advisor to work with our legal team to enhance our legal manpower and to create a solid base for further and wider development.

Legal Advisor (m/f)

Work Location: Zagreb

Key tasks:

Draft, review, and prepare contracts and other legal documents related to the Employer’s business activities
Monitor and enforce contractual obligations of agreements concluded by the Employer
Manage legal documentation and maintain proper archiving
Cooperate with external legal advisors, law firms, notaries, auditors, and tax advisors
Handle correspondence with business partners, and other entities as part of the Employer’s operations
Provide general legal support and guidance to the management and departments as needed

Qualifications for the position:

Master's degree in Law
2-3 years of work experience as a legal associate/legal advisor
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written (at least level B2)
Knowledge of practice in the construction sector is preferred
Able to do work responsibly and timely
Able to adapt to multicultural management
Good computer skills
Able to adapt to multicultural management
