We are seeking for an HR Planning & Operations Expert who will ensure structured, compliant, and well-organized HR operations in a lean and dynamic company environment. As part of a small HR team, this position balances analytical and governance work with hands-on execution across the employee lifecycle.
The role combines HR operations ownership with personnel cost planning, compensation analysis, HR policy development, and regulatory support. This is a full-time position.Salaries have increased.
