Job description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a PPC Specialist at Ascanius Media in Zagreb, Croatia, with the option for some remote work. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns, analyzing data and trends, implementing strategies to maximize ROI, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to achieve campaign objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of ad tools (Facebook & Google) – budget tracking, creating paid campaigns and tracking campaign performance
- Reporting on ad tools and the website traffic – understanding the numbers, presenting trends, and making recommendations for what we can do differently or better

Required education, knowledge and skills
Qualifications And Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in communications, marketing, etc.
- Working knowledge of: Meta/FB Manager, Google Ads and GA4
- Attention to details and deadline-conscious
- Collaborative and people-oriented
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
- Advanced English knowledge
- Ability to analyze data and metrics
