Join our team in Zagreb as a Manager Brand Content and you will be owner of brand equity in Croatia and Slovenia and accountable for delivering brand awareness, embedding the global brand guidelines, trans-creating and deploying omni-channel toolboxes, content, events and other consumer engagement interventions.

We offer full time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time.

Your ‘day to day’

As a Manager Brand Content, you will be:

Owning, developing and managing Croatia and Slovenia Brand Engagement and Communication strategy based on consumer needs, segmentation and insights.
Leading development of annual brand engagement calendar and initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget and in line with the global brand framework.
Managing external marketing agencies, suppliers and partnerships to achieve brand plan objectives and strategies, and ensuring cost efficiencies on total business processes, speed and quality excellence in service output.
Owning and coordinating the overall brand budget ensuring that value is maximized across agreed projects, programs and business-as-usual activities.
Building team capabilities, including employee engagement, learning, career development, and performance management.

Ensuring team performance through clear communication and regular feedback.

Who we're looking for

University degree in marketing, economics, business administration or other relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and brand engagement at managerial level including leadership responsibility, strategy creation and deployment.
Excellent project management skills.
Consumer centric mindset.
Learning on the fly and open to continuously develop.
Proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, open to connect with wide variety of different profiles.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Proficient English and Croatian language skills.
