Finance Specialist – Cash Management (m/f/x)

What you’ll be doing:

Manage daily payment processes and ensure accurate and timely execution of financial transactions
Monitor cash positions and support cash flow planning and liquidity management
Participate in managing intercompany and bank loans, including documentation, monitoring, and reporting
Act as a point of contact for banks and support banking administration activities
Manage and maintain online banking platforms and related user access
Prepare and maintain financial documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reports
Support the Finance team with administrative, reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks

What you bring:

University degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in finance, treasury, cash management or a similar role
Understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial processes
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Fluent in Croatian and English
Experience with SAP and online banking platforms is considered an advantage
