Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly receptionist (m/f) to join our team and help us offer the most authentic Thai massage experience in Croatia. Scope and objectives: The receptionist (m/f) greets all guests entering the salon as well as primarily supporting the successful booking of treatments. Appropriate and warm communication and guest engagement are key to the success of this role. The receptionist supports all communication for a smooth guest experience. Responsibilities: - Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival at the spa - Answer telephone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Manage appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling of spa services - Process payments for spa services and handle cash and credit transactions - Ensure guest information is accurately entered into the computer system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed - Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations - Maintain a record of all calls requiring further action - Accept and sign for packages and notify recipient of package arrival __________________________ Tražimo angažiranog i ljubaznog recepcionara (m/ž) da se pridruži našem timu i pomogne nam ponuditi najautentičnije iskustvo tajlandske masaže u Hrvatskoj. Odgovarajuća i topla komunikacija i angažman gostiju ključni su za uspjeh ove uloge. Recepcionar podržava cjelokupnu komunikaciju za glatko iskustvo gostiju. Odgovornosti: - pozdravite goste i pružite im toplu dobrodošlicu po dolasku u spa centar - odgovarajte na telefonske pozive i upite na profesionalan i uljudan način - upravljajte terminima, otkazivanjem i pomicanjem rasporeda spa usluga - obrada plaćanja za spa usluge i rukovanje gotovinskim i kreditnim transakcijama - osigurajte da su podaci o gostima točno uneseni u računalni sustav - održavajte čistoću i organizaciju recepcije i maloprodajnih izloga - pomoć u upravljanju zalihama i naručivanju zaliha po potrebi - koordinirajte se s drugim osobljem spa centra kako biste osigurali nesmetan rad - održava zapisnik svih poziva koji zahtijevaju daljnje radnje - prihvaća i potpisuje pakete te obavještava primatelja o dolasku paketa

Required education, knowledge and skills

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reservation software - Flexible availability and ability to work weekends and Fridays - Greets each guest with a smile and direct eye contact - Reconciles daily sales, deposits, and receipts, when applicable - Computer skills related to spa meeting software and cashier process - Telephone etiquette - Quick thinker, friendly, and hospitable - Professional and well-groomed - Flexible __________________________ - diploma srednje škole ili ekvivalent - poželjno prethodno iskustvo u korisničkoj službi ili ulozi recepcionara - snažne komunikacijske i međuljudske vještine - sposobnost obavljanja više zadataka i određivanja prioriteta zadataka u brzom okruženju - poznavanje Microsoft Officea i iskustvo sa softverom za rezervacije - fleksibilna dostupnost i mogućnost rada vikendom i petkom - svakog gosta pozdravlja s osmijehom i izravnim kontaktom očima - usklađuje dnevne prodaje, depozite i primitke, kada je primjenjivo - računalne vještine vezane uz softver za sastanke u toplicama i blagajnički proces - telefonski bonton - brz mislilac, ljubazan i gostoljubiv - profesionalan i njegovan - fleksibilan
