Group Learning and Development Coordinator (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

The Group Learning & Development Coordinator plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing the learning and development strategy for Perutnina Ptuj Group. This position focuses on enhancing employee capabilities, leadership development, and supporting continuous learning initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role is primarily responsible for coordinating local L&D specialists and initiatives across the Group to ensure consistent and effective learning experiences.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

Implement a comprehensive learning and development framework that addresses both technical and soft skills.
Develop leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
Introduce a mix of formal and informal learning opportunities, including digital learning platforms, mentorship programs, and on-the-job training.
Align learning initiatives with business needs, emerging trends, and company strategy.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to design and oversee onboarding frameworks for middle and senior management.
Ensure an effective onboarding experience that accelerates time-to-productivity and fosters employee engagement.
Oversees the execution of both mandatory and optional training during the onboarding period.
Regularly assess training needs across departments to identify skill gaps and educational requirements.
Design and develop competency-based training programs that target specific roles and career pathways.
Introduce tailored programs for leadership development, technical upskilling, and soft skills enhancement.
Oversee the implementation of training programs and ensure smooth execution.
Track learning progress and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of training participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes.
Continuously assess data and provide recommendations for improvement and refinement.
Design and implement leadership development pathways for middle and senior management.
Develop and manage mentorship and coaching programs to enable knowledge transfer and support talent growth.
Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career development frameworks.
Manage digital learning platforms to ensure accessibility to training resources.
Introduce innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-development across the organization.
Work closely with the Head of Talent Management to align L&D initiatives with overall talent strategy.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support pre-hire assessments and onboarding learning journeys.
Communicate regularly with managers to understand team-specific training needs and recommend tailored programs.
Track key L&D metrics and prepare reports for leadership on training effectiveness and employee development progress.
Act as Coordinator for local L&D specialists across Perutnina Ptuj Group.
Support local initiatives while ensuring alignment with the Group’s overall L&D strategy.
Provide guidance, tools, and support to local L&D teams to enhance effectiveness and consistency.
Reports directly to Head of Talent Management.
