Service Desk Operator (m/f)

Location: Rijeka, Croatia

What’s the buzz about Service Desk?

At the Span Service Desk, you’ll be the first point of contact, resolving over 50% of technical issues for our customers. Think of it as the link between clients and our skilled engineers—a vital role that creates real value and ensures customer satisfaction.

As a Service Desk team member, you’ll:

Manage incident tickets: open, solve, escalate, and close them like a pro.
Keep an eye on IT systems with monitoring tools to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Help customers find the best solutions for their business needs.
Guide customers through the problem-solving process and keep them updated along the way.
Create monthly reports that provide valuable insights for our customers.
Spot opportunities for improvement and suggest ways to make our processes even better.

What you bring:

High school diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree (preferably IT-related).
Basic knowledge of network/security technologies, proficiency in Windows OS, and fluent English.
You're a team player ready for 24/7 shifts in an ever-evolving environment.
Bonus: Microsoft certifications or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
