For our Finance department, we are looking for:

Project Manager for ERP implementation for Croatia and Hungary (m/ž)

Location: Zagreb, Croatia (occasional travel to Koprivnica, Croatia and Budapest, Hungary)

Contract: fixed-term (expected project duration: 18 months)

In general, the person in this position will be responsible for implementation of ERP in Carlsberg Croatia Group (Croatian and Hungarian market) by leading the local project teams to ensure maximum performance. The project will be led through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordination of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule. Also, the position includes establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Some of the main esponsibilities:

Establish and maintain processes for managing the project, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance tracking
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors
Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

What we expect from you:

Fluency in English
Four or more years of project management experience
Strong attention to deadlines and guidelines
Proven success working with different stakeholders at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills

In the case of successful project completion, the Project Manager will be rewarded financially.
