Back Office Manager – Human Resources / Administration / Accounting (m/f/d), 50 - 100%.
What you can do with us:
- HR administration: Support for personnel administration, including new hires and departures, contracts, changes, time recording, payroll preparation, and social security
- Administrative coordination: Organizing and efficiently handling all back-office processes across locations and departments
- Accounting: Supporting accounts receivable/accounts payable, payment transactions, and the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements
- Contributing to digitalization: Active participation in further development, simplification, and automation of back-office processes in a digitally leading organization
- Networked collaboration: Interface function - close coordination with specialist departments, project managers, and international locations, embedded in a transparent, digital communication and team structure
