Sales Specialist Infrastructure (m/f)

Roxtec d.o.o. Zagreb, subsidiary of Roxtec Group Sweden is searching for Sales Specialist Infrastructure in Infrastructure segment. Sales Specialist Infrastructure in Roxtec is a key position to develop our business and sales within the specified segments.

You will have the role of supervising the company's interactions with its most significant clients, with a focus on establishing and maintaining enduring relationships with these key customers by understanding their needs.

The Sales Specialist is responsible for preparation and execution of sales plans, pricing strategy, technical specifications, exhibitions and marketing, introduction of new products, etc.

The contact area are wide and includes decision makers from investor level, engineering companies as well as people using the solutions practically, i.e. contractors and sub-contractors.

Roxtec apply a global structure for segment sales, which gives good possibilities to create a global network for learning and sharing knowledge. The main focus will be the Croatian and Slovenian market, and this is included in the working area.

The objective is to make a meaningful contribution to sustaining and expanding our business for long-term success.

Personal profile:

Business, Technical/Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil) and similar education
Advanced English
Minimum 3 years of experience from out-door sales in similar areas
Experience from Infrastructure industry - hotel infrastructure, railway, pharmaceutical companies, wastewater treatment plants, technical specification work, cooperation with design offices or similar is advantage
Car driving license
