Requirements (skills, knowledge, education):

Education: VŠS/VSS - economic and administrative major
languages: knowledge of spoken and written English
experience in logistics and/or public procurement is an advantage
very good communication skills
very good use of the MS Office software package
willingnes to learn, flexibility
excellent social skills

self organizational skills
good time management

Job duties:

Public Procurement: preparation of tender documents through EOJN system
Logistics and sales support
Regulatory Affaires activities (product notifications)
Contract Management
Preparation of offers together with Sales
