What does a TaskUs Talent Acquisition Coordinator do?

As a key player in TaskUs’ growth, you engage European candidates and assist with onboarding top talent. Success is measured by candidate engagement, not hours worked. You thrive in a team setting and love engaging others in our culture.

Responsibilities:
Assist recruiters with scheduling, interviews, and next steps.
Initiate and review background checks.
Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems for HR integrations.
Ensure new hire documentation is completed and filed.
Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media and local partnerships.
Communication: Send offer letters, onboarding instructions, and welcome emails to new hires, keeping them engaged throughout the process.

Requirements:

Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
Experience in administrative support, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication, detail orientation, and organization skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Experience recruiting for call centers and using Google Suite is preferred.
