Construction Estimator (m/f)

Jadran Solutions, based in Split, is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support our work with specialty construction materials. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Croatia and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents - Prepare accurate material takeoffs for specialty construction products - Use digital takeoff/estimating software to quantify materials and compile bids - Collaborate with our team to clarify project details, scope, and pricing - Prepare clear, organized estimate reports and bill of quantities (BOQ)

Requirements: - Proven experience as a construction estimator (preferably with specialty construction materials or building envelope/interior systems/etc.) - Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documentation - Hands-on experience with digital takeoff and estimating software - Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to communicate professionally with international clients and partners - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in takeoffs - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects - Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup - Based in Croatia
