Job description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.
This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions in Zagreb. Main stakeholders are Sales organization and Customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Technical and sales support on Digital Substation Solutions portfolio
- Preparing optimal technical solutions
- Creating complete tender specifications and configurations of Digital Substation portfolio based on active collaboration with customer and/or project designer
- Commercial negotiations and technical evaluation of offers and quotations with active collaboration with customers
This Position reports to: Sales Manager.

Required education, knowledge and skills
Qualifications for the role:
- You hold a Degree in Electrical engineering
- You are highly skilled in Digital Substation Solutions and products
- Have 2-3 years of experience in Digital Substation portfolio
- Possess an knowledge of control and protection relays (ABB and other manufacturers equivalent)
- Highly adept in Microsoft Office tools
- You are passionate about communication, teamworking and having responsibilities
- You are at ease communicating in Croatian (native) and English
- You hold a valid driving license and are available to travel
Qualifications for the role considered as advantage
- Have experience in configuration, testing and commissioning of protection and control systems
- Possess an enhanced knowledge on configuration program like ABB PCM600, ABB CAP 505, etc.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of testing equipment like OMICRON CMC, CPC, etc.
- Proven experience in powerplant (hydro, thermo) and MV and HV substation primary and secondary design, calculation & co-ordination
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD, CADDY++, EPLAN or similar software
- Membership in Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers
