Job description
In this role, you'll turn new technologies and ways of working into practical, engaging learning experiences that help our lawyers and business services professionals thrive. From creating digital learning content and delivering training to supporting the adoption of tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI legal tech, your work will directly shape how quickly and how well change shows up in the way people work across Kinstellar.

Required education, knowledge and skills
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including training delivery
- Experience creating digital learning content (e-learnings, videos, guides, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging learning experiences
- Comfort and speed with digital tools and building digital learning
- Confidence presenting online and in person to larger groups
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
Required educationHigh school, Bachelor's degree, Low skilled
