We are seeking a Project Planner who will be responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring the project plan and coordinating activities among teams to ensure timely and efficient project implementation.

Location: Split, Croatia

Job description:

Development, updates, and maintenance of project schedules (Primavera P6 and MS Project);
Progress monitoring and preparation of regular progress reports;
Identifying schedule deviations, risks, and potential impacts;
Close collaboration with other project teams to ensure alignment of activities;
Participation in resource planning and allocation;
Providing support to project managers in ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

University degree (preferably in a technical field);
Proficiency in planning software tools (Primavera P6, MS Project or similar);
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken);
Willingness and availability for onsite/field work abroad;
Preferred: Previous experience working on international projects;
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
