Relocation Coordinator / Global Mobility Coordinator (GMC) (m/f)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Relocation Coordinator / Global Mobility Coordinator (GMC) to manage international mobility services for our clients and their employees. As the key point of contact, you will ensure seamless relocation experiences through expert planning, communication, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main liaison for clients and assignees throughout the relocation process - Plan and manage services from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with SLAs and client procedures - Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates and reports - Support assignees with personalized guidance and ensure smooth transitions for them and their families - Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality service - Maintain accurate records and documentation in client portals and internal systems - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing aligned with client authorizations

What We’re Looking For: - Experience in relocation, global mobility, or client service coordination - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines - Familiarity with immigration, housing, and relocation logistics is a plus - Proficiency in using IT platforms and managing digital documentation
