Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Controller at Rixos Hotels, located in Dubrovnik. The Cost Controller will manage and oversee the financial aspects of hotel operations, including monitoring budgets, analyzing financial performance, and preparing regular reports. Responsibilities include cost control, ensuring compliance with budgetary goals, evaluating supplier contracts, and collaborating with various departments to maintain cost efficiency.

Required education, knowledge and skills
- Proven expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Strong proficiency in Cost Accounting and Finance processes
- Analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software is advantageous
- Min 2 years of Experience in similar position
