Junior Project Manager (m/f)

Do you have 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing and a solid understanding of what it takes to execute campaigns end-to-end? Do you keep up to date with the latest trends on Instagram, TikTok and beyond? If you've answered 'YES' to all these questions and can identify with our mission statement: 'We make influencer collaborations simple' – then you're exactly the person we need! We're currently looking for a Junior Project Manager on a full-time basis, starting August 2026. Tasks: - Writing and managing campaign briefings for influencers and internal teams - Content tracking, approvals and delivery control – ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and meet brand requirements - Executing high-volume paid and seeding campaigns from start to finish - Coordinating and overseeing product packing, labelling and dispatch for seeding campaigns - On-the-ground quality assurance with fulfillment partners – making sure every shipment meets brand standards in terms of product selection, quantities and presentation - Tracking shipment status and proactively resolving delays or issues with logistics partners - Maintaining accurate seeding lists, shipping records and campaign timelines - Coordinating between internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track

Qualifications: - 1-3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing – agency or brand side - Hands-on experience with campaign execution: briefings, content tracking, approvals and delivery control - Fluent in English (written and spoken) – this is our working language; German is not required - A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills – you don't let things slip through the cracks - Ability to manage high-volume operations across multiple campaigns simultaneously - A proactive, hands-on attitude – you take initiative and follow through - Comfortable using tools like Notion, Asana, Google Suite or similar
