#yourmission

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and tax obligations for employees working across multiple countries.
Responsibilities in the area of International Payroll Processing
- Preparing and validating payroll input for employees on international assignments or working across borders
- Coordinating multi-country payroll operations with external payroll providers
- Reviewing net to gross payroll calculations for accuracy
- Reconciling payroll data and supporting financial reporting requirements
Responsibilities in the area of International Tax & Compliance
- Ensuring correct application of international tax treaties and rules related to double taxation relief
- Ensuring compliance with tax, payroll, and social security regulations across various countries
- Supporting employees with tax-related questions and the preparation of required tax filings
- Tracking employee travel and work patterns to ensure compliance with international tax treaties and the 183-day rule
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of travel days, and work locations
- Managing tax number applications in relevant jurisdictions
- Preparing payroll, tax, and compliance reports for the Head of Department
- Maintaining accurate records of assignments, tax calculations, and related documentation
- Supporting internal and external audits when required

You have education relevant to the role
You are fluent in English in written and spoken
You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
You have solid understanding of payroll processes and employment taxation
You have knowledge of international tax treaties, social security rules, and cross border compliance requirements
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills are part of your strengths
You are willing and able to work with multiple countries and manage complex regulatory requirements
You have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with external providers and internal stakeholders
You are organized, able to prioritize, and enjoy solving problems
You like working in a team and consider yourself a team player

Additionally:
- Relevant experience in this area is essential; we are looking for someone who has already worked in global mobility, international payroll, employment related tax matters, annual income tax reconciliation, or similar roles dealing with cross border employment topics
- You don’t need to be an expert - solid hands-on knowledge and familiarity with these processes is what matters most.
